This weekend was my wards camp out. It's funny because for I have been to this same camp for now 4 ward camp outs and have helped plan 3 out of the 4. Because of this I started to think about how different this one was from when I was 18 going to Heber Valley for the very first time. Back then I was the last one to go to bed, or go home from a dance party, or do my homework. This year I was the one turning the lights off and closing the door so we wouldn't hear the people talking outside. It made me think my last year in college. Jana and I were in the library all the time writing these papers for one of our classes. Freshmen me would have never done that. Freshmen me only really used the library to check facebook and for a good place to take naps. I don't know what all this means, if anything. Maybe just that I'm not 18 anymore or maybe that I have become a hermit. Anyway enjoy these photos from a nice camp out.
